...That's our slogan, and the reason that I started Tool Mod Shop.
Founded in 2024, Tool Mod Shop came about the way the best ideas usually do — out of necessity. I'm a carpenter and joiner by trade, and like most tradies, I was always coming up against those small, niggling frustrations on the job. Rather than putting up with them, I started designing my own solutions — mods, adapters, and gadgets that actually worked the way I needed them to.
What started as solving my own problems has slowly grown into a proper little range. From dust adapters to the Lag-Master for plumbers, along with various other accessories and attachments, everything is designed by me and made here in my UK workshop. It's nothing fancy — just practical stuff, made by a tradie who knows what it's like to be on the tools every day.
